Fortune 50 US Healthcare group - 9000 user Contact Centre Live

A leading US Healthcare group completed its data migration today for its core Case/Contracts management system.

The company has developed a new SOA based application with over 150 transactional web pages and eForms, consuming 100+ Web Service operations.

The application was redeveloped with a contract first design approach, allowing the development of the Rich Internet Application and the Web Services to be developed in parallel. This contributed to the aggressive timetable being achieved. Hyfinity's MVC - Rapid RIA Builder was used to develop the web application using the company's offshore development team that had virtually no J2EE background.

The application has been very robust and scalable with over 9,000 users, and typically 4,000 concurrent users a day.
